Promo Mechanics

RCBC BANKARD DIAMOND & BANKARD BLACK PLATINUM MASTERCARD

  1. This Promotion is open to all RCBC Bankard DIAMOND and BLACK Platinum MasterCard credit card cardholders.

  2. Promo period is from February 15, 2008 to March 15, 2008.

  3. The Grand Prize is a Singapore Fashion Festival Priceless Experience Package which includes:

    1. Two (2) Business Class round trip airfare tickets from Manila to Singapore for the Cardholder and an adult companion
    2. Two (2) nights accommodation at a 5-star Hotel with two-way airport transfers
    3. Privilege access for Two to an evening fashion show with VIP all-area-access backstage tour
    4. Lunch at a fashionable restaurant
    5. Priceless shopping experience at Duty Free Singapore.

  4. The lucky winner may bring along one (1) adult companion.

  5. The Cardholder receives one (1) electronic raffle entry for every THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php3,000) or FIFTY DOLLARS (USD 50) single-receipt purchase during the promotion period using the RCBC Bankard DIAMOND or BLACK Platinum MasterCard.

  6. Electronic raffle entries of installment transactions shall be credited to the RCBC Bankard DIAMOND or BLACK Platinum MasterCard account upon posting.

  7. Balance Conversions, cash advances, annual membership fees, interest charges and other card fees and charges are excluded from the promotion.

  8. The Cardholder can inquire on the number of accumulated raffle entries by calling 888-1-883.

  9. The raffle draw will be on March 18, 2008 at the Bankard Inc. 30/F Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue corner Poveda Street, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, at 4:00 PM, in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry representative. Only one (1) RCBC Bankard DIAMOND or BLACK Platinum MasterCard cardholder shall be declared as the winner.

  10. Airport tax shall be shouldered by the winner and companion. Likewise, securing travel documents and other travel-related expenses shall also be shouldered by the Winner and companion.

  11. The Winner will be informed through registered mail and through a phone call.

  12. The raffle prize can be claimed at the 30/F Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue corner Poveda Street, Ortigas Center, Pasig City within 3 days for travel package or 60 days for cash value conversion from date of receipt of notification. Raffle prize for the provincial winner will be sent via courier. If the prize is not claimed within 3 days for travel package or sixty (60) days for cash value conversion from date of receipt of notification, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. with prior approval of DTI.

  13. The RCBC Bankard DIAMOND and BLACK Platinum MasterCard account and other related Bankard card accounts must be active and in good standing (no past dues, suspended or cancelled) during the promo period and upon claiming of the raffle prize. To claim, the winner must present the following:

    • Original registered mail of notification from Bankard, Inc.
    • Winning RCBC Bankard DIAMOND or Bankard BLACK Platinum MasterCard
    • One (1) valid photo-ID (passport, driver's license, SSS, company ID, etc.)
    • Photo-copies of Tax Identification Number (TIN) card, and 2008 Community Tax Certificate (CTC)

  14. The Prize is not transferable but may be convertible to cash. (see #15 below)

  15. In case the winner is unable to avail of the Singapore Fashion Festival Priceless Experience Package specifically scheduled on March 28-30, 2008, the winner may no longer claim nor avail of all the components of the Singapore Fashion Festival Priceless Experience Package. Instead, the Prize will be converted to a cash value of US$1,500 or Php60,000 (depending on the account of the winning cardholder) shopping cash credits to be credited to the Winning MasterCard card.

  16. All employees and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Bankard, Inc., MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd, MasterCard International Philippines, Inc., their advertising/promo and PR agencies are disqualified from joining this Promotion.

  17. In case of dispute, the decision of Bankard, Inc., with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

  18. The 20% prize tax shall be paid by MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd.
