Promo Mechanics

1. The Yokoso! JCB Campaign (Welcome to the JCB Experience) is open to new and existing cardmembers of RCBC Bankard JCB Classic and Gold and myDream JCB who are in good credit standing (account is current with no existing 30-day past due balance nor blocked as deceased, closed, lost/stolen, written-off or suspended).
2. The promo runs from February 01, 2010 to May 31, 2010.
3. Every single-receipt transaction worth Php1,000.00 made by the cardmembers using their JCB card/s entitles them to an electronic raffle entry and a chance to win the monthly raffle prizes.
   1. Existing myDream JCB and RCBC Bankard JCB cardmembers with minimum usage earns him/her 1 raffle entry.
   2. myDream JCB and RCBC Bankard JCB applications received within the promo period and subsequently approved will automatically earn five (5) raffle numbers. Supplementary Card applications will also earn five (5) raffle numbers.
   3. First usage of new cardmembers of myDream JCB and RCBC Bankard JCB will earn five (5) raffle numbers for every Php1,000.00 worth of transactions. First usage must be done within the first month from issuance of the JCB card.
      • Example:
        Transaction amount: Php15,000.00
        Raffle numbers: 75 raffle numbers (15,000 / 1,000 x 5)
   4. Annual fees, interest, penalty charges, balance conversion, cash advance and cash advance fees are not qualified to earn raffle entries.
   5. Cut-off to generate raffle entries for transactions on February 1-28, 2010 is on March 5, 2010; for transactions on March 1-31, 2010 is on April 2, 2010; for transactions on April 1-30, 2010 is on May 7, 2010; for transactions on May 1-31, 2010 is on June 4, 2010 at 12:00am
4. All raffle entries earned within a month will be carried over to the next month to give the cardmember more chances of winning. However, should he/she win more than once in the same raffle draw, he/she stands to get the prize with the higher value.
5. Supplementary cardmembers can also join as long as they comply with the requirements stated herein. Transactions of the Supplementary cardmember are qualified but for the account of the Principal cardmember.
6. All transactions made from February 01 to May 31, 2010 will be credited to the account of the Principal JCB cardmember to qualify for the monthly raffle prizes.
7. Winners will be drawn via electronic raffle system. Schedule of raffle draws are March 15, April 15, May 17, and June 15, 2010 at 5:00pm, Bankard head office, 30/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No, 4 ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of representatives from Department of Trade and Industry, RCBC Bankard and JCB Int’l. Co., Ltd.
8. The winner’s name will be printed and certified by DTI, JCB Int’l. Co., Ltd and RCBC Bankard representatives, witnessed by a DTI representative.
9. RCBC Bankard will notify the winner by phone and registered mail. The winners will also be notified on the date when they can claim the prizes.
10. To claim, winners must present the winning RCBC Bankard JCB or myDream JCB card and a valid ID (Driver’s License, SSS, Passport or Company) at the Bankard Marketing Office, 30/F Robinsons Equitable Tower, No. 4, ADB Ave. corner Poveda St., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. An authorized representative may also be allowed to claim the prize on behalf of the winning cardmember provided he/she presents all the requirements previously mentioned including a valid ID and an authorization letter signed by the winning cardmember. Prizes of provincial winners will be delivered to their billing address.
11. All winners’ accounts must be in active status at the time of the draw.
12. Purchases made abroad using local JCB Credit Cards are qualified for the local promo as long as the cardmember meets the purchase requirement of Php1,000.00 computed in the current selling rate at the time of purchase.
13. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of JCB Int’l. Co., Ltd. upon approval of DTI.
14. All employees of RCBC, Bankard, JCB Int’l. Co., Ltd., their advertising agencies, promo partners and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
15. In case of disputes, JCB Int’l. Co., Ltd. and Bankard’s decision in concurrence with DTI is final.
